I have learned so many things that I will be going into dept with the healing plants. I would love to have a farm that I can have so many of these things, but they are all around us and this just brings the beginning of time when the Native Americans knew so much and kept the whites alive and yet they call them savages??? Go figure. I love the book. My grandaughter is even going to take classes in college to learn more about nature & her bounty.

I found this book extremely helpful. I have Fibromyalgia and mixed connective tissue disease which can cause painful muscles and joints, insomnia, and chronic fatigue among other things. By trying a number of the teas from this book I have been much more comfortable and sleeping well without the use of pharmaceuticals. It has been amazing!
